Now that we are fully into our third year operating within the walls of the Oglala Re*Creation and Worship Center, we are experiencing significant and exciting changes for which we have been striving for many years! We are experiencing some unprecedented movement by the Lord among our students. We know that being in the same building where the church meets has been a powerful influence upon our kids. The consistent praise, prayer, and intercession are being used by the Lord to awaken the students spiritually and intellectually.

Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. Ephesians 3:20

We are blessed to have a full-time kindergarten teacher who is a strong believer in Christ and a proud Lakota. She was a former student of our Founder, when he was a teacher at Red Cloud School, and a person who went on to obtain a degree in social work. Now the Lord has her here with us and the implications are monumental regarding its effects upon the students, their families, and the communities around us.

Every lesson, every prayer, every smile shared in our classrooms plants seeds of eternal hope.

To have experienced so much positive movement in a little over two years is so very encouraging to us overall! This is why we are continuing to increase our budget and preparing to construct a new addition to the existing building in which we operate the school. We have undertaken several initial steps toward making this a reality, starting next Spring!

Our Floor Plans

Your Part in the Story of Hope

  • Give Financially

By God’s grace, the funds needed to do all the ground preparation and actually lay the foundation have been provided, and the concrete slab with in-floor heating will be completed before winter sets in. However, the investment in the vertical work, with all its required material and labor, will be significant, and is likely to exceed $500,000.

  • Donate Building Items

As we prepare to build our new school, we’re inviting strategic partners and skilled professionals to help make this vision a reality by sponsoring or donating specific building needs from windows and plumbing to classroom materials and furnishings.

  • Share Your Skills

By giving your time and talents, in construction, design, fundraising, social media, mentoring, or general service, you can play a hands-on role in building a place where hope and learning thrive.

  • Prayer Partners

We believe every step of this journey must be covered in prayer. As we build our new school and expand our impact, we invite you to join us as a Prayer Partner, standing with us in faith for God’s continued provision, protection, and purpose.

Your prayers strengthen our teachers, encourage our students, and sustain this work.
